Shipping&Handling

Orders may take 1-7 business days to process before shipping out.

We usually send orders via FedEx / DHL/ TNT to the shipping addresses.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/P.O.Boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the packages be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

 

Note:

  1. A signature is required for clients to accept orders over $600.
  2. Hotbabewig is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
  3. If the buyer modifies the address information during package delivery, the buyer will bear the cost resulting from this.

  4. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient

 

Return Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you receive the order and are not satisfied with the qualify, please contact us at hotbabewig@gmail.com, with the order no and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within14 days after you received the hair, which must be unworn and in brand new condition.

CANCEL

There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.

Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Afsisterwig does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.

We can not accept a customized product to be returned.

We only accept US domestic exchanges and return.

No exchange and no return for international shipping.

We will charge 25% restock fee for return if no quality problems.

EXCHANGE

Before Shipping, a 15% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 24 hours.

After shipping, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hotbabewig@gmail.com
